Hassle-free returns for a seamless Kalbeliya experience
Return Eligibility
Products purchased from Kalbeliya can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale / discounted items
- Custom-made or altered products
- Gift cards
These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for size or color variations of the same product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange based on availability. If unavailable, you may choose store credit instead.
Refund Method
Kalbeliya offers refunds in the form of store credit. Store credit will be issued to your registered email ID once the returned item passes quality checks at our Jaipur facility. The credit can be used anytime on future purchases.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or store credit after verifying the issue.
Return Pickup
Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a pickup through our courier partners. Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Processing Timeline
- Return approval: 24–48 hours
- Pickup: 2–4 business days
- Quality check: 2–3 business days
- Store credit issuance: within 24 hours after QC
