Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order will be considered accepted when Kalbeliya confirms the order or otherwise begins processing it.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Inability to verify payment or required COD advance
  • Delivery restrictions
  • Other legitimate business or legal reasons

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any refund or other remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. Cash on Delivery

COD orders require a 10% advance payment of the total order value before the order is placed into production.

A flat ₹200 COD charge applies to COD orders.

Our Sales Team may contact customers through WhatsApp or phone to confirm the order and arrange the advance payment.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable return, exchange and cancellation conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable Indian law.

8. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping across India.

COD orders are subject to the applicable COD charge and advance payment requirement stated in our Shipping Policy.
